They are the backbone of running projects smoothly, starting with procurement, through design and construction up to the project delivery.

Jakub Kosiec
Chief Executive Officer
Jakub brings a wealth of proven expertise and experience in business management. His creativity and strong communication skills enable him to effectively navigate challenges, facilitating goal achievement of the whole team.
Prior to stepping into property development, he has built a portfolio of single let and HMO properties. He is also managing a portfolio of corporate let properties. He has keen interest in the management of the entire process – from revitalizing the properties to overseeing the intricate craftsmanship required to transform neglected buildings into inviting homes.
Beyond his accomplishments in the property realm, Jakub has successfully been running multiple businesses in other sectors.
Stephen Hollings
Non Executive Advisor
A successful international business executive who has spent 30 years in the motor industry and facilities management before moving into property development in 2015.
From small buy two lets in South Yorkshire Stephen’s property journey has included new builds, flips, commercial to residential conversions and commercial property.
Success in property has been achieved with detailed research, methodical planning, building a great power team and contacts to call on as and when required.
Since he started, Stephen has undertaken regular training to ensure he is up to date with the latest strategies and opportunities. Along with his wife, Julia, he helps host the Berkshire pin meeting which brings investors together to share experiences and provide learning opportunities.


David Aldrich
Project Manager
Working with high end property developers and residential clients extensively within his own Design and Management company since 2008, David brings a seasoned eye to the team and the skills to keep the project on track.
With a background in Interior and Furniture Design, the details of how a space will work for the end users really matters, and working with the contractors to achieve the right end result within budget and on time is a challenge he relishes!
Outside of the office David is a keen cyclist and Kite flyer.
Lukasz Gruszczynski
Architect
Lukasz has founded MDLR Architects in 2012, spotting the gap in the market for quality, sustainable, urban architecture with a personal touch. He brings over two decades of experience working on complex, residential urban sites across all project stages, managing contractors and collaborating with clients.
He has a specialist knowledge in modern methods of construction, design for manufacture and sustainability as well as proven track record of delivery of large and complex projects.
“Knowing that our completed buildings can have a positive impact on the people that use them is particularly inspiring to me.” he says. He finds new and exciting solutions to challenging sites and works to realise their potential, so they can continue making positive impact on the communities.


Phil Hall Bsc (Hons) MRICS
Chartered Quantity Surveyor
Phil is the owner of Plan Project Management. He has near thirty years’ experience in the building industry, having worked for both main building contractors and for client facing private consultants.
His experience within different sectors is extensive, having worked on new-build and conversion work within residential, leisure, hotels and retail markets. From his experience and knowledge he can offer clients innovative technical solutions from other market sectors. Landmark projects include 3 flagship restaurant and bar venues at the 02, the Champagne Bar in Westfield London, various Brown’s Restaurants and All Bar One developments, £170M of office fitout for Job Centre Plus, Browns Hotel in Westminster and numerous projects for InterContinental Hotels, and Holiday Inn.
Having worked on many large scale projects, Phil has an in-depth appreciation of how different trades and professions need to interact and the required interdependencies for the project to succeed. Is expertise in procurement, supply chain management and contract management is invaluable in achieving excellent value for money and cost certainty throughout the project.

Colin Smith
Planning Consultant
Colin has over three decades of experience in resolving planning issues to benefit his clients. His deep understanding of building controls, planning policies, and national as well as local authority regulations makes him planning consultant highly sought after by developers across the UK.
Colin provides insights into potential uses of plots of lands and options for redevelopment of existing buildings, overseeing designs and all required approvals. His skillset includes knowledge of planning regulations, construction experience, project management and project delivery.
With a previous experience in a private architectural practice, and now as a head of CJS Planning Services, Colin offers a holistic planning and building solution. Whether extensions, commercial to residential conversions, or new builds, he secures permissions, offers advice and coordinates with authorities and building contractors. His extensive experience and contacts provide a seamless “one-stop shop” service for all requirements.


Paul Hosford MEng CEng MIStructE
Structural Engineer
Paul joins the team from award winning Structural Engineering Consultancy Constructure.
He graduated from Southampton University in 2004 with an MEng in Civil Engineering. Since then he has worked for a number of structural consultancies, acquiring knowledge of a broad range of construction materials and methodologies.
Notable projects he has completed in his career include Wimbledon Tennis Club – Court 2 (£Confidential); Kendrew Quad – award winning halls of residence for St John’s College, Oxford (£35M); St Edmund’s Terrace – residential new-build adjacent to Primrose Hill, London (£53M); Swindon Designer Outlet — part refurb, part new build project to extend and regenerate the retail venue (£23.5M).
Julian Barker
M&E Consultant
Julian has comprehensive knowledge of commercial, retail, laboratory, leisure, banking and residential projects. He is a Chartered Engineer with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. He is a member of CIBSE and the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET).
Julian and his company, Loop Engineering, have delivered a mixture of new and refurbishment projects, including data facilities, high density office space, hotels and retail projects. These projects have been from initial concept design through to project close-out.
Julian is experienced in managing the delivery of small to large M&E projects including multi disciplinary teams. He has demonstrated the ability to coordinate the inputs of internal and external parties, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
